That is a narrower description than most suppliers would use, and it is deliberate. We are not trying to be all things to all buyers. How the Company Began

Third-Party Testing and Certification
Every batch we sell is tested by an independent laboratory before it is released into sellable inventory.
The distinction between independent testing and in-house testing is the single most important thing on this page, and if a reader takes away nothing else, we would like it to be this. Our testing partners are separate commercial laboratories with no stake whatsoever in whether a given batch passes or fails. This costs us money on a regular basis. Transparency

None of this is difficult to do. It requires no systems, no investment, and no particular cleverness. It is simply uncommon, and researchers notice — and, more to the point, they remember.
How We Ensure Quality
This section is the longest on the page, because it is the part that actually matters. Everything above is a claim. What follows is the process behind the claim, and a claim without a process behind it is just a sentence.
Sourcing and Synthesis
We work with a small number of synthesis facilities rather than a large number, and this is one of the most consequential decisions we have made.
The standard temptation in this industry is to spread sourcing widely, chase the lowest available unit cost, and switch manufacturers whenever a better price appears. It is a reasonable way to manage a margin, and many suppliers operate exactly this way. It is a poor way to manage a quality standard, because every new facility introduces a new set of process variables — different resins, different coupling reagents, different purification systems, different operators — and consistency across batches is invariably the first thing to break when the source changes.
Our synthesis partners have been assessed against our specifications and we stay with them, even when a cheaper option appears, and one usually does. Loyalty here is not sentiment; it is a quality control mechanism. When we do evaluate a new facility, the process is deliberately slow. We order sample batches and test them independently. We then order a second production run some weeks later and test that independently as well, specifically to see whether the results hold. Facilities are expected to work to defined synthesis and purification standards, maintain proper batch records, and provide production documentation with each lot. We ask for that documentation. We read it. It is not filed unopened, and questions get asked when something in it looks unusual.
Incoming Batch Testing
Every lot that arrives at our facility is quarantined on receipt, before anything else happens to it.
Samples are drawn and sent to an independent testing laboratory. The analysis establishes identity — confirming that the compound is in fact the compound it claims to be, with the correct molecular mass — and purity, quantifying the target sequence against related impurities, truncated or deletion sequences, residual solvents, and by-products of the synthesis and purification process. Nothing moves out of quarantine until the certificate comes back and the result meets our threshold. There is no provisional release. There is no shipping-while-awaiting-results, even when the results are almost certainly going to be fine, and even when a customer is waiting. There is no exception for an important account, an urgent deadline, or a compound that has passed comfortably on the previous eleven lots.
Certificates of Analysis
Each batch carries its own certificate, tied to that specific lot number.
A certificate that is not tied to a lot number is not a certificate. It is a brochure with a laboratory letterhead. If a supplier issues you the identical PDF for an order placed in March and an order placed in September, exactly one of two things is true: either they are shipping you material from a single ageing batch that has been sitting in inventory for six months, or the document is purely decorative and no analysis of your material was performed at all. Both of these are serious problems, and the second is more common than most buyers assume.
Our certificates state the lot number, the date of analysis, the identity of the testing laboratory, the analytical methods used, and the results as reported. Storage and Cold Chain
Peptides degrade. This is not a risk to be managed away; it is a property of the material. The only real questions are how fast, and under what conditions.
Our inventory is held under controlled temperature conditions appropriate to each compound, monitored rather than assumed. Stock is rotated by lot. We do not sit on inventory longer than we should simply in order to avoid writing it off, which is a quiet and extremely common form of quality failure — the compound was fine when it arrived, and the supplier is technically not lying about that, but it has been in the freezer for two years and nobody has re-tested it.
Shipments that require temperature control are packed with appropriate cold-chain materials, specified against the expected transit time rather than a best case. We would considerably rather absorb the cost of insulated packaging and coolant than deliver a compound that has spent its journey slowly falling apart while looking perfectly intact.
Packaging Integrity
Vials are sealed, labelled with the compound identity and the lot number, and packed to survive a courier network that was very clearly not designed with research chemistry in mind.
So we over-pack rather than under-pack, and accept the modest additional cost as substantially cheaper than a replacement shipment, a delayed project, and a customer who has learned to order elsewhere.

Global Shipping and Fulfilment
We ship to most countries worldwide. Getting a temperature-sensitive research compound from our facility to a laboratory bench several thousand miles away, intact and on schedule, is a genuinely difficult logistics problem, and we treat it as one.
Dispatch
Orders that clear payment are picked, packed, and dispatched promptly. Compounds are drawn from released inventory only — never from quarantined stock, never from a batch whose independent certificate has not yet been returned, and never from a lot that has been held back for any reason.
Every pick is physically checked against the order before the package is sealed. Somebody confirms, by hand and by eye, that the vial in the box is the vial on the invoice and that the lot number matches the certificate travelling with it. It is a tedious step, and it is the single reason our mis-pick rate is as low as it is.
Packaging for Transit
Every shipment is packed for the journey it is actually going to make, not the journey we would prefer it to make.
A domestic shipment travelling forty-eight hours and an international shipment travelling ten days through three climate zones and two customs inspections are not the same problem and are not packed the same way. If you have a technical question, ask that as well.
